Through this agreement, the two organizations will cooperate in areas such as △support for health care for high-risk groups and patients with chronic diseases, △establishment of artificial intelligence and mobile health management service platforms, and △support for measuring devices and services for patient management.
The artificial intelligence (AI) smart stethoscope ‘Skipper’ is a smart device that can determine whether there are major symptoms of cardiopulmonary disease by analyzing the heart and lung auscultoscope in real time, and it can check the health status of the subject in real time by linking with the mobile app (APP).

link the smart stethoscope with the mobile app to provide customized health services for each resident who uses the Northern Residents’ Health Center.
As a result, residents will be able to receive services such as △heart and lung auscultation services for patients with chronic diseases, △professional counseling based on the results of data analysis, △abnormal symptom monitoring, and △early detection of complications through Skipper.
Daedeok-gu Mayor Choi Chung-kyu said, “Through this agreement, we are able to provide systematic health care services using smart technology to local residents” and “Daedeok-gu will continue to introduce cutting-edge technology to help all residents enjoy a healthy life.”
On the other hand, in Daedeok-gu, the ‘Smart Healthcare Zone’ and ‘Smart Health Measurement Room’ in the Northern Resident Health Center are operated at all times so that any local resident can measure and manage their health status on their own.
In addition, on the first Friday of every month, ‘Smart Health Day’ is operated to provide health care services for high-risk groups and patients with chronic diseases.
